We are super excited to highlight a new partnership we’ve formed with Made Scholarships!

Made Scholarships provides recruiting services to student athletes who want to play sports while studying in the United States. Both Made Scholarships and Hockey Dreams Foundation believe in the power of sports to make dreams come true. Through our partnership, we promote students to challenge themselves and make the most of the learning experiences on and off the pitch. With our partnership, more Hockey Dreams Coaches will get the opportunity to study in their country and make a difference in their community.

Dennis den Boer, Founder and owner of Made Scholarships: “We are very excited to partner with Hockey Dreams. My life changed when I was awarded an athletic scholarship in the USA and I experienced what you can achieve through a supportive sports environment. With this partnership, we hope to do the same for Hockey Dreams Coaches in their development.”

Former Made recruit Illona Hartman is currently a volunteer at Hockey Dreams Foundation. Illona on her time as DI student-athlete at Ohio University: “Thanks to Dennis and Made Scholarships I was given the opportunity (after a gap year volunteering in southern Africa in 2014) to continue my engineering bachelor’s degree in the USA while playing field hockey for a university six times a week. Playing for a university in America comes with an overwhelming amount of pride and passion. On top of a great experience, I have gained many qualities that I am excited to pass on to a new generation of student-athletes and to apply in my endeavours for Hockey Dreams.”

Soon we will announce some very exciting plans we have together, so stay tuned! Follow @madescholarships and @hockeydreamsfoundation to stay up to date.
